Went to Papamoa Tank for the first time with my Husband we ordered two wraps I was half way through my wrap and found two big pieces of hair. Very disappointed and felt sick. Was disappointed and won't be going back to this Tank again.

No sauce in the salad, they said sorry and they follow a recipe but I get these salads all the time, and they are inconsistent. No offer to replace salad, just a sorry, come get more sauce. I got TANKed by TANK

Went to Tank at Papamoa and the service was appalling. 20 minutes to make two smoothies and then it turned out they had made the wrong ones! Very unlikely to return to this particular branch. On the plus side the replacement smoothies took less than five minutes to make.

I was with my friend at papamoa and ordered two tank c and it took 30 minutes to make the wrong ones so they had to make them again which was another 20 minutes
