Bought a nest of coffee tables. The smallest one had a crack running across. The packaging was very poor. No bubble wrap. I picked the box from their store which is located at a very odd place by by the Motorway. Took them 3 weeks to inform me that I have to pick up as it cannot be picked up from the store. I give them 2 stars ️ ️ The customer services is very poor. Hope to see a direct contact number of the relevant branch and not call centre.

I recently brought about 4 items from the store in Lower Hutt. The customer service in store was delightful and helpful. Delivery was organised and arranged for the 16th. On the due date after waiting round all morning I eventually called to find out when it would be delivered only to be told it wasn't getting into Wellington until the 18th. I have now received an email informing me it is scheduled for the 23rd. However when trying to contact target I have been fobbed off with nothing but answer phones. Very unimpressed.

The customer service staff in store were always friendly but the overall experience with target was very dissapointing - the table i ordered was delayed so I cancelled and the promised refund had not been processed for over 6 weeks despite multiple emails and calls. Very disappointing. Eventually I got onto a helpful staff member who investigated and resolved, but it took many emails, calls and eventually a Facebook message until someone actually investigated and fixed the issue.

Never had to articulate something this interesting. Oderered few furniture online post the lockdown. There were multiple issues and back and forth. It took 4 attempts and over a month from Target furniture to get it right. Still going with 4 stars, as the staff was always very polite, friendly and understanding. They acknowledged the issues and took appropriate actions. Even the delivery boys were very nice. They have a great team. Shanel helped out a lot to sort the issues. If you can improve the quality control before delivery that would be great and mitigate most return scenarios.
