My husband and I stayed here as part of our Timber trail adventure. We stayed the night before the trail and a night at the finish and what a treat ! . This property is exceptional !. The hosts are very friendly and attentive and have remarkable attention to detail. The pool was a highlight after cycling 100km in 27c and the breakfasts can only be described as decadent ( I don't usually eat breakfast but found myself looking forward to it the second night !!! ). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend the loft apartment. If you are visiting or passing through the King country and don't stay here you are missing out !
Absolute perfect stay, Chris and Scott are amazing hosts. The garden and patio are so beautiful and a perfect place to have a drink and some snacks or even dinner. Breakfast with homemade jam and marmalade was more than expected from a continental breakfast. You must stay here if you are planning to visit the many attractions that is in the area.
Good hosts, exquisite garden,very interesting interior,private room and great and I mean great banquet fruit and spreads breakfast all from the property.
Beautiful place, the boys are great hosts, the cats and dogs friendly and the grounds are stunning and the view magnificent.
Incredible service! Warm welcome with tea and cake. The rooms are lovely and the homemade breakfast was excellent. We accidentally left some food in the fridge when we left and the owners kindly dropped it off at our next stop. The gardens are beautiful and the pool was warm. They also have a tennis court with spare racquets.
I have only just coined the right words about my Omaka Lodge experience. Wonderful, friendly, cleanest, awesome inside n out. It is Chris and Scott's attention even to the minutae ... I had freshly drawn local spring water poured from my own room's crystal decanter. Thank you gentlemen for your beautiful hospitality.
