one of the cheaper places to get fuel in Taupo. Self Service, good on a fine day. No shelter to speak of at the pumps. Fuel only, no store attached

Long way from town, but who cares, its Waitomo!

Was staying in the area for a couple of weeks. Self service pumps. Excellent priced petrol. Good quality fuel, I got more kms per litre consistently with each fill. Out of town in Industrial area, very small site only 2pumps tight access into sight. Economically worth the 2km detour to fill up. No good if it's raining as no shelter.
