Fantastic service from one of the staff members. I went to buy an alternative insecticide spray to Ripcord. The didn't have stock of the one that I had the name of but looked up to see what stores did - three in NZ. I asked did they have an alternative product? He looked up the active ingredient and told me that he sell it to me as they had sold out of it. Seriously PGG Wrightson - stock stuff and consumers can buy it!
