Quick response by the “at-home management team”. I sold my house here at a very decent amount. The team is very responsive and they have a huge amount of client so anyone selling becomes easy through them.

My fiancee and I had bought an investment townhouse off the plans. We had a particular property management company chase us to manage the property so signed up with them. The property was on the market to rent for over 3 months and they kept reducing the rent down-it was also competing with other townhouses in the complex managed by the same property management company. I was extremely exasperated at the lack of communication despite repeatedly asking that they kept us informed. The property group I'm with (Positive Real Estate) suggested that we contact Greg at At Home Property Management. This was the best move that we made. Greg was extremely professional, very positive and proactive by knocking on the other townhouses door to establish certain information and kept in touch with us. Within approx 3 weeks we have a tenant who is moving in on 25 November 2019 and we have obtained rent we were initially expecting. At Home Property Management provide a transparent approach and their rates are reasonable. We believe in forging long term relationships and am certain At Home Property Management will be one of them. We are extremely happy with the service we have received from start to now and would highly recommend At Home Property Management to be your property manager if you want best service.
