Customer Service that went above and beyond!! I am going to highlight Shivani at the petrol station who went way beyond what would be expected of customer service and say a massive thanks to her for her help. I stupidly left my house keys there and drove for 2 and 1/2 hours home. It was only when I got home that I realized my keys were left behind. Luckily we had a spare set but I called them in a panic and Shivani was brilliant - not only did she locate the keys but she also arranged for them to be brought back to me within the next 2 days. It meant I didn't have to do a 5 hour round trip to pick them up and I had them back a lot quicker than if they'd been sent by post. Brilliant customer service when I needed it most, they definitely looked after me. Thank you.
