Wait times are rediculous.

Have been with this practice for 13 years. Doctors and reception staff have been amazing. Going to another practice now as the standard of service is not as good as before. Can't get an appointment when desperately needed. Always running behind so you have to wait despite booking in advance. Poor communication. Your GP's keeps changing.

I moved here from a very large practice in the Avenues where we had many bad experiences. I have found them great so far - with a wellness check on enrolling. My first visit to see the Doctor was thorough and the clinic has good communication with patients and a pleasant environment. So far, so good!
