This company could not build in my area, but their help to me as a customer regardless was outstanding . Oliver was extremely helpful guiding me with my questions and I am so sad I cannot use them, I feel they would have been wonderful. I was recommended them by a friend years ago who had used them and her house was amazing, compact and well laid out and an interesting design. The main bedroom was significantly larger than others I had seen,and I was given their plans for future contact, but alas we did not know about the area restriction. We are on the West Coast of the South Island and they do not build here unfortunately.

The entire federation team completely blew out expectations. We nervously put our life savings into a unique design - which was a real collaboration. They listened and helped us to achieve a cohesive design; maximising every last cent of our modest budget. The result: an extremely high standard finish ‘architectural’ home that multiple builder friends say would have cost us 200-300k more if we’d gone through an architect. Special mention to Ollie (who helped realise the design) and Denver who (made it a reality).
Nice people, but they could not position our house, not even in the 5th attempt on our property (and we are not the only one), and pricing went up and down like the do it by lottery This is their great offer of free architectural service P.S. You offered this services for free, why you are complaining now (not professional at all) Response to your important edit: we had the deal, to sign the contract if you can position the house on the section, you have delayed our project by more than a year -\u003e this responses prove, that you should stay away from them And we are not the only ones
Display yard is looking a little rundown as they are waiting to start a new showhome, but the service was amazing and the staff where incredibly knowledgeable. I think allot of places in Tauranga could learn a thing or two from this company!
Watch this space... it's the way of the future - smaller, more affordable housing... Awesome guys!
Stable company of many year's with a great reputation. Very high quality build. Transparent pricing and real timeframes. Staff are magnificent.
