Great friendly service for the overlocker I took in that required needles to be replaced. I felt the person that served me went beyond my expectations for customer service. Totally would go here again. They mainly sell & service Sewing machines

I phoned Graham prior to coming to Tauranga (live out of town) to see if he was available to look at my machine. He willingly "fitted " me in and phoned after he had installed new gears and did an overhaul. My 26 year old Bernina goes like a dream now!!! Thank you Graham. Definitely recommend
