Excellent food. The wine is good - not great. They have a nice restaurant at the winery. I would recommend it. It has a nice space outside to sit, eat and have a drink or two.

Great wine and wine tasting were the highlight, and would have gotten a much higher rating had we not stayed for lunch. However, the restaurant food was just okay and the restaurant staff were inattentive - leaving us waiting, refusing to alter a simple item on the menu, and then forgetting one of our orders. Could do with improvement.

We had my birthday dinner at Mills Reef winery Restaurant. I am happy to say, it was surprisingly tasty food. Great flavors combinations and obviously all the wines to match each dish you like.

Had a great experience with the folks at Mills Reef. Friendly staff, beautiful, well manicured grounds and I know my bride and groom had a great experience too! Would recommend to anyone wanting to book this venue!

Really not worth the very high lunch price. We ordered the tempura fish and chips with wasabi aioli and the seared tuna appetizer. The batter on the fish and chips just seemed like typical (and not very good) batter, and the aioli had no wasabi. We informed the waitress who went to ask the chef, and she came back and said the chef says there's wasabi. There wasn't, but we could see that this would turn into an argument if we complained further and let it go. In all, the food wasn't very good and the service sluggish in that I ordered a paddle of wine that took a long time to arrive and for the price (twice the price of a glass of wine) was pretty skimpy--I'm not sure it all even amounted to a glass of wine. Tip: If you go here, do your tastings in the tasting room and skip the tasting paddle in the restaurant. And the flies!!! They were ridiculous. Frankly this seems like the sort of place that appeals to the over-60 crowd.

Staff were helpful in making sure there was enough room for everyone. Buffet was ok. Some other options would have been good and more vegetarian is always good to suit large event dietary needs. What a yummy lunch. Great platters and some good wine. The duck was good, too. Good service, but unfortunately it lack atmosphere a little.
