Booked a balayage with Mel. I payed 375. My hair was left unfinished (no trim and the ends left yellow) because she was too tired to complete the job. So I had to schedule another appointment with her which should of just been the one appointment. I was told if I wanted a cooler blonde it would wash out immediately. Was hugely unprofessional by talking badly about staff and clients. Mel was doing other clients hair at the same time as mine and at times her assistant took over the job. Refused to finish my hair because I was a few minutes late as I had to jump start my car. I rung the salon immediately and text to let them know but they were not understanding at all and refused to fix my hair.

Came here when.on.holiday last year and had best hair cut ever,stylist was so attentive and gave me great new colour and style hope to return on my trip over next month.
