Just had a very unwelcoming experience by Kevin. My son and I visited the office to sort out a waiver after a vehicle accident that my son had in a vehicle I went guarantor on. His customer service skills definitely need refining. No smile, no welcoming gesture, no offer of having a seat, no good manners. I could not even bring myself to say bye to him. I don't like being treated like I don't matter.
