All the workers are around the front and not much help around the back. You have to go up and get help your self. A bit annoying but great help when someone does help.
Our last experience here wasn't great. Pleased to say, not all staff are the same. I had the best staff member in the universe sell me just what I wanted, and gave extremely awesome service and advise.
Good sized store with plenty of range and space to move around. Service was quick and efficient. Has all your home appliances and technology products you need as well as the option to get it installed and set up by tech solutions which is handy. Plenty of parking available at the front of the store.
would give this one star if not for the other sales rep. the first indian lady i went to was very rude, did not even care to look at me and seems not interested in my queries so i just went to the other sales rep. they need trainings on how to handle customer services.
TRULY TERRIBLE service. Worst I have ever experienced in my life. if I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I was taking an expensive (apparently top of the line) product back for the second time in 6 weeks with the same issues to be repaired yet again within the warranty time so lined up at the customer service desk. All operators were busy. First one that became available (after another man complaining about terrible sales service - sold incorrect product left) I walked up to customer service officer. He looked at me and walked away! Just walked away. Horrified. So I waited, the other customer services agents were busy, the agent next to where I was standing became free, she started playing in her phone, so I said excuse me loudly. It was loud enough the customer next to me looked at me and smiled. I said excuse me again and then the customer service agent walked away .. 2 agents walked away whilst I was very clearly standing waiting for service holding my dodgy Dyson. The customer next to me said how rude, and the agent serving her looked at her and she nothing. That customer then pointed out two agents standing at another desk talking and I had to who over to them. FUMING. I said if you walk away I will scream. He stood still.. So if you want service go else where. If you want great customer care - go else where. If you want great products- GO ELSE WHERE. Terrible! Shame on you Noel Leemings.
I wandered around the camera section for 5 minutes with a large tripod in my hand and nobody came to see if I needed help. But my wife who was waiting for me in the TV section got approached 3 times. I finally had to go to a staff member in the phone section who told me to go to a particular staff member in the computer section. That person was busy, but called another staff member to help. The 3rd one figured out that the tripod I wanted was out of stock and the label had been put under a different tripod. So if you need assistance it seems the best idea is to go to the TV section.
Helpful and knowledge staff. Staff also very patient with customers.
