Rung to book an appointment on behalf of my bf due to being sick to ring himself and book a appointment with his family doctor who currently works there but on leave. Asked if there is any doctor available today she said yes and wanted details but once I said, “im booking for someone else” (which I meant my bf), she told me to go accident centre and said bye and hung up fast. Very poor phone service like she doesn’t want any new patients coming in.

Took my 94 yr old Mum to her appt on 14 Nov. We arrived about 5 mins early. Dr was on time, waiting room empty, receptionist friendly. Mum happy - job done. Recommend.

Not very friendly reception staff. Treat you like you're a bother to them. The doctors are nice though.

This has to be the worst doctors surgery in town for keeping time they seem to think no one has anything else to do but wait for them 40 mins late for current appointment last time after waiting 50 mins walked out will be removing the whole family from this surgery after today have even watched people who walked in well after us see the same doctor we are currently waiting for the worse part is no one bothers to inform you she is running late as apparently according them our time is clearly not as valuable as there’s

Just rang to make an appointment for the first time and encountered an aprubt and rude response. Was still talking and was cut off and told to ring a & e. Won't be bothering with this crowd again.
