I have never bought anything off Smith's City but was impressed with the range and some of the deals they had. Ended up buying a sofa and have had good comms since purchase regarding delivery. Staff were good, not pushy.

Smith City in Bethlehem had a great sale on a Russell Hobbs food processor so I bought one. Prices for the same product elsewhere were about 229-249 so I consider my paying 149 was a bargain. Had my previous Oscar food processor for 25 years and the bowl was cracking around the spindle where the blade sits and I would not be able to finish making pesto so the above sale was a bonus. Some of their furniture looked good too. Prices and service good. It pays to check online for sales, bargains to get the best price.

Picked up our spare bed today for a great price, best price in town. Shop was busy and the guy was still helpful finding our bed in the small store room. Thanks we appreciate your effort and hope you didn't loose any of the customers while you were away

Ordered an LG Washing Machine where the estimated delivery was 4-5 days. (Order was made on the 24th of August). After a week I followed up and they said it would take a few more days. Still didn't hear anything so called again where I was told it has been delivered to the store from the supplier and they will be in contact with me for a Delivery time. Still had nothing for that week. So Followed up YET AGAIN to be told they waiting on the supplier and earliest possible delivery to Smiths City would be at least 2 weeks. I requested a refund instead which no doubt will take a few weeks too (.-.).
