TGA branch great to deal with.We had a couple of small issues 3 years on that were outside of there control. They sorted promply and to a very good standard,Nothing was a problem for them.Thanks guys

Really stoked with Tasman Aluminium (TA) customer service. Bruce from TA BOP arranged for Darren and Rob (Hamilton) to come and fix our issue. They were great guys. Really helpful, thorough and happy in their work. Totally went the extra mile by checking ranch sliders and windows over and above the front door they were there to fix. Very impressed. Thank you!
They had to fix a door slider and a door-\u003e 7 times (hope it is now working) Customer service very poor - you have to call a few times, then at least they come (therefore 2 stars). Most of the service team is hopeless, e.g. 3 point door lock is to short and looks are not locking, but service people took the hammer and bended the door frame so it looked good .... really??? Last team was awesome, first they fixed the door by putting a longer 3 pin door lock in .... and then the fixed the door slider) Management has not even answered the mail .....
Products break after 2-3 years use. Aluminium doors flimsy with rubbish latches. Customer service by email non-existant. This company supplies many Kiwi houses. Very disappointing.

Justin Bunting at Hamilton Branch needs to lift his game when dealing with potential clients. He may be confident about his knowledge and product, but new build people need better service than Justin supplies. When you are talking about 30-40,000 of product, give the client a better level of attention
