Do not trust the offer of one hour click and collect option. When I arrived the staff 'did not see the order come in' then wrote my daughter's name incorrect on the cake, the cake looked different than the one on the website. I inquired through email regarding the issues I had but was told they 'donkot offer one hour click and collect' even though it is a option on the website. I have not received a reply.

Awesome cake they make. I always like there mud cake and cheese cake as well. Nice and friendly staffs. They got lots of car parking in front of there entrance. There car parking and entrance is very wheelchair friendly. If you want to order a customised cake you need to order at least two or three days ago.

The person who came out and took our order was so helpful and explained everything for our order. The cake was delicious and looked really well presented as well. I will definitely be coining back for many more birthday parties.

I have not tried the cheesecakes, Black Forest was the hit and was the kids favorite. The other on was a premium caramel mud cake which looked ...well premium but it was way too sweet. The kids refused to finish this sugary thing (Go figure!) I ate it as it was tiny but I am paying for it now with a sugar-headache. We threw it away, sadly. I will try the cheesecakes and hope they are good.

Thanks for making such a beautiful cake for my partners birthday. I needed to know if there was honey in the cake and the staff gave me an list of every ingredient used. Awesome service!
