I think the staff here are exceptional! All of the receptionists are constantly working hard, they have always been very kind to me whenever I am there and I think they need to be cut a bit of slack as I have seen people treat them with little to no respect at times. Dr. Barklie is the BEST doctor I have ever had. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, he explains things at lengths and makes sure when you leave you are satisfied with the level of care received.

the recepitionist is incredbly rude and rascist, I cant believe why she still has her job. she doesnt let me speak about my condition, all she want is I pay money to do some unessarry tests. If you cant do your job properly then just dont do it, simple.
awful...Dr.Saha never wants to listen to his patients. pointless advice, horrible attitude....I phoned to complain about it, but no one replied. totally wasted time and money.
Receptionists are so rude and snobby! Never had customer service like this, feral ladies. And the doctors ive seen here arnt any better. They're all in such a hurry to get you hack out and they don't care. Horrible, getting a transfer out. Please do not sign up to this practice it might save your life going elsewhere.
It's wow. Even one star isn't deserve them. Recpetionist is amazingly rude and cut customer's every words. She just hang up the phone right after her quick-firing answer. It was incredible fresh experience how you feel insulted. If you want to fight with someone, please don't do that with your customer. You'd better go home and relax. There are tons of people who is eagerly wanting to have a job. Don't wast of your time there. Give your chance to others who really ready to do it. I think AI receptionsit would be much better option for this place.
I think that the receptionist 'Gail' needs to find herself a new job, came across as very unstable, incompetent and she was so incredibly rude. I can't put into words the erratic, rude, immature behavior that I got from her today. I can't even image being someone who's ill and having to deal with such horrible behavior. How she still has a job dealing with people is beyond me, if you can't handle the job don't do it. Simple.
I can completly understand why thr is such a large amount of negitive reviews about the receptionist's, majority of them are VERY RUDE, responses are always with a tone! The only reason i use this practise is because my Dr is great and she delivered me 32yrs ago so she knows ALL my history otherwise i would of changed practices a looooong time ago. (Unless you chase up test results you wont get them back).
It is a ver cosy, welcoming place. All staff is very friendly and hardworking, they work pretty fast to help every customer. There is a lot of amenities like free drinking water, free hearing check, children's play area, TV, aquarium, many soft couches as well
