Returned a sunvisor which was to big never worn still had tags and receipt they refused to give me a refund had to take a credit which now means I have to buy something I don't actually want just to use it very disappointed

I'm very disappointed with Unichem Greerton. The Postshop moved here and I went to courier parcels. The que was very long at the Postshop and my 2.5 year old who is busy with toilet training had to go to the toilet. As a couple of weeks before while picking up medicine from another Unichem, they allowed the little one to use the toilet, so I got out of the que at the Postshop to ask if my little one can quickly go. I was promptly told in unison by the staff that I cannot use the toilet, causing me to take my little one 3 blocks down the road to the public toilet. Needless to say it was too late and my little one went in his pants, thanks Unichem staff.
