Quite possibly the best customer service we've ever experienced! Ben helped me find a pair of snowboard boots based on the shape and size of my feet. He was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. Went in for a browse and walked out with a custom pair of boots! Highly recommend!!

WOW .... The team at TCB were very knowledgeable about the area and The Old Coach Road. The ride was fantastic, the bikes were awesome (full suspension, dropper post and all) and the customer service was excellent. Thanks team. Would highly recommend them.

We struck it lucky. We took our bikes in and they repaired them on the spot after breaking a rotor and recalibrating the rear derailleur. Rory is a stand out bike mechanic. One the best in the business.

Hired an E-bike from TCB. Firstly the service was fantastic everyone we talked to was friendly knowledgeable and extremely passionate. We got some great advice which lead to a fun morning exploring Old Coach Road. Second is the bike. The had 3 modes of eco, trail and boost. I am pretty unfit but with the use of trial and boost this wasn't an issue.

Awesome advice tailored to an individual and not trying to up sell and think of the . I would never use another ski shop now - he even remembered our names when we came back to the shop. Not only did I get my first pair of ski boots that are customs fitted to provide the extra comfort and support... but also the awesome gear we hired that allowed us to really get into it! Thank you to the team for giving absolutely amazing service we will for sure be back next time! :)
