Beautiful spot. Huge wide beach ....especially when the tide is out. Stunning views. Picnic tables and a couple of toilets. Ample parking. Lots of bird life.

One of my favourite beaches around Auckland even though its a bit of a drive out its definitely worth it. In the peak seasons parking is an absolute mission however there is plenty of spots for everyone. Only downside is there isnt a lifeguard thereso you have to keep an eye on your family.

Beautiful beach! There needs to be clear signs or just signs in general where dogs are allowed on this beach. Besides this very very beautiful!

The best beach in all of Auckland I believe! Not to many people which is perfect. No tourist bus, perfect. Has all amenities, including flushing toilet! Paradise on our own doorstep. Tricky to get to, but worth it. Don't tell anyone.

Beautiful, beautiful clean beach. Have some nice waves for casual and beginner surfers. Flat beach suitable for young ones to play on also.
