Te Aro Physio is great. Jason solves all my running niggles. He always gives frank, helpful advice that gets me back running competitively again, gives me the info I need so that the injury doesn't return.

I highly recommend Te Aro Physiotherapy. They're knowledgeable professionals and they achieve results quickly. They supported me through a sports injury, and my recovery time was significantly reduced thanks to their expertise. The service was comprehensive: my physio treatments addressed all issues and I was provided with sound advice on both general self care and injury prevention.

I would recommend this place to any sports person or athlete if they have any on going issue with any kind of pain stretch . Inga is very experienced and very best whatever she does... Very nice and friendly staff... Highly skilled physiotherapists using proven assessment and diagnostic frame works. I had shoulder pain and I went to four different places to get it fixed but it finally got sorted from Inga.. I really thankful and appreciate. their help. Yogi

Jason is AWESOME! He is very hands on and really works you hard whilst being sensitive to your needs. He does not waste time typing on the computer and asking endless stupid questions like "does the pain occur when you look left, stand on one foot and raise your right pinky finger?".

Sophie did a great job to help me recover and get me back on the football field. Would definitely recommend.

I went to see Lauren and i was swept over with a quick assessment. Her verdict was compeletly wrong and miss diagnosed. The verdict Lauren gave for the pain in my leg was lack of exercise this year. After seeing another physio the pain was caused due to a damaged medial knee ligament injury. The injury was due to sport and training Lauren was to lazy to fill out a claim form for this injury, so not only did I leave with the wrong diagnosis, I left paying double what I was meant to.
