Very hard to find when following Google Maps! It takes you a street which the pool is NOT accessible by car as it is a 1 way driveway. (I guess you could park on the road side & walk down the drive way.) When in town, make sure you follow the brown tourism signs for the 'thermal pools'. Although i didn't swim due to a change in plans- it looked great. Clean, tidy & welcoming. Everyone looked to be enjoying themselves. Would visit again if i find myself in the area.

Simple place. Two lukewarm pools and one spa paid for separately. Ice creams for on the way out and a water feature. Been here loads, it's alright. Best for the littles

They were having a few issues with main pool, but let us have a soak in the historic bath house and it was lovely after a busy day walking. Staff were really helpful and had some great recommendations for enjoying our stay in Te Aroha

Needs work done to it as its falling apart. the kids pool the floor is so rough and the sides are falling off. for the price you pay it should be up to standard and at least painted again

Very relaxing and kid friendly. Not too big so easy to keep an eye on the kids.
