Passion is the foundation of great customer service and this Mitre 10 branch has it. I would like to especially thank Denise and Janine for their assistance, which is gratefully accepted and one which was much needed, given I am new to Te Kuiti. They went out of their way to provide me with the required information. Excellent customer service - 5 Stars! Definitely coming back for all my DYI stuff.

If they haven't got it they will get it for you. Always cheerful and happy staff and the owner sometimes smiles too.
