I approached Nulook Te Puke about getting a new sliding door made and installed. I went into the shop and gave my name, address and phone number to a young man and was told I would be given a call soon for a quote. I waited for 2 months and was never contacted. I assumed they may have lost my details so I went in again and asked for a quote to have all of my windows replaced with double glazing as well as the sliding door. I also explained how I never heard back from anyone the last time and the lady at reception was very kind and apologetic. I left my details with her and have AGAIN never been contacted by anyone for well over a month now. I ended up getting the work done through Rylock in Mt Maunganui. Nulook Te Puke has missed out on a 30,000 job simply because no one could be bothered getting back to me.
