My partner and I have been going to this gym for more than 8 months. We have sessions with a personal trainer here and he’s been the best! Passionate at his job and we’re seeing great, positive results - absolutely worth it. The gym has all the equipments that you’ll need and it’s 24 hrs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gym gets a little busy during peak hours. Non peak hours is great if you want some space or some peace and quiet, like the picture below. Some of the equipments may be old but they work just fine. I’ve heard they’ll be replaced in a few weeks so that exciting!

I have been going to this gym for bout 10 yrs. I attend the easy moving glasses , aerobics & muscle strengthen. 1 hr 5 per session. Glass taken by experienced body trainer. Lots of fun too
