Today I bought a mosaic table and chairs and had the best customer service I've had in many years anywhere. The customer service worker, at my request checked every chair which were packed in cardboard to make sure they were ok and the table. After all of that she carried everything out to my car. Excellent customer service and truly appreciated.

So I buy four sets of beautiful towels. I ask them to be put in two separate bags. The attendant says: oh we don’t do bags, we can sell you some. I pay for products, you save a full budget line, I walk out and get my new products dirty, I cant keep shopping as my arms are full, drop the towels getting into the car! All to save BBB money. Start supplying bags for the products you sell. This is getting ridiculous. Show gratefulness that we are choosing to shop with you.
