I came to this store at 3:35 pm on Monday, I couldn't see a single staff to assist customers . There were 3-4 staff standing at the cash counters and that's all !! I could see atleast 10-12 customers on the floor but no one to check them !! Mangement needs to work out on their staff deployment !!

What can I say about Noel Leamington? My coffee maker had a fault & I rushed to Noel Leamington in Hamilton & bought a new machine. (How does anyone go without coffee). However, when I got home I dismantled my old machine & managed to 'fix' the problem. Very embarrassed, I took the new machine in the hope of being able to return. The staff were so kind & took the machine back with full refund of payment without any degradation of my pride.
