Moderately sloping track down to the Memorial at a beautiful little cove. Spectacular scenery and fascinating history on well designed information boards. Very well kept and really shouldn’t be missed if you’re visiting Kerikeri. Access to the car park is over unsealed road so drive carefully!

Highly recommend. Quite a drive so I would pack a picnic some towels and togs and spend the day at the beach. The information plaques were very good, the grounds were immaculate and I found the audio guide very informative.

A beautiful spot at the end of a short walk through the Rangihoua heritage park. The info panels are also well maintained and very interesting for those wanting to learn about the area. A must see!

Easy, well maintained track, short walk with history boards placed all around the track. Great views! This is where Samuel Marsden took the first church service in New Zealand.
