The Paynes

Seriously run down and in need of a refurb. Scoring kept breaking down, facilities are broken and needs a good clean. The staff member that was trying to fix our broken scoring system was helpful, but quite stressed as lots of people having issues.

Evening staff are friendly and tried their best to cater to us customers in regards to score breakdowns, slow pin resets,bowling balls stuck which is becoming a regular inconvenience as paying customers,I mean don't get me wrong the venue and environment is great for kids and families,but problems like that could result in loosing customers, just don't want to see it go down like Panmure bowling, Attention Management please deal with this!!!!!

Disgusting rude behaviour from staff. The lady with short hair and glasses is disrespectful. If you do not know like the job just leave, seemed like she was fed up of the job. Always answered back with attitude.Would never go back there.

Poor time management by staff...turn up with 11 people and its past 11am still not open. Ruins the day.
