She has butchered my hair and had the gore to charge me 40! For someone who has cut hair since she was 16 years old, she surely SHOULD have an idea on how to cut hair. My hair is now crooked in areas where it shouldn't be. I have had this hairstyle before and it was done correctly and how I wanted. This cut looks like I've taken to the sides of my hair with blunt scissors! If I could give out zero stars I bloody well would!
