I would give a 0/0 I am still waiting for a reply from this company. I've put an order thru and currently still waiting for my product or a refund. If I do not get a refund by the end of next week. I will post your company all over social media and groups about what you have done! The material I ordered is for a newborn baby and you have not even responded in any way! Totally disappointed! SO unprofessional!! I'd give no stars if I could... I ordered 162 worth of fabric online on 15th September. I heard nothing to say it was on its way, I called and Megan Guthrie said she was waiting for one fabric to arrive from stockist before sending the full order, I called the following week with no answer and no reply via email. 6 November I emailed asking for a full refund as I haven't received my order, I then received an email on 13 Nov saying my order has been sent, I replied asking for a tracking number, of which I haven't heard anything back. I noticed the website is now down and no one is answering the calls. I guess Ill have to wait and see if the fabric turns up, as I know Im not getting my money back! I'm extremely disappointed.
