My Samsung had cracks all over the screen and would shut down all the time. I Handed my phone over & he fixed It within 40 mins. happy as! These guys are too Good! would definitely recommend.

Unimpressed with the service at the Thames store. Ordered a part in on Tuesday, was told there was a 99% chance it would arrive on Wednesday and a 1% chance it would arrive on Thursday. It's now Friday, I had to wait 30 minutes for the guy to come back to the store from god knows where, no sign out the front and not answering his phone, only to have him tell me that the part hasn't arrived and wouldn't arrive today. We leave the country Monday and have no phone. Waste of time. Instead of telling customers what they want to hear just be honest with the time frame.

This kiosk in Thames refused a refund after botching the screen replacement on a 1500 phone THREE TIMES over more than THREE WEEKS, breaching the Consumer Guarantees Act & Fair Trading Act. If you need a phone screen fixed, take it to a professional company, like Spark on Pollen Street.

Very reliable staff, fixed my phone screen with new glass and its is perfect. Nothing else wrong with my phone and I was late picking my phone back up and they waited for me no problem. Very kind staff. Definitely recommend.
