I'm sorry to say that I also got NO follow up service from this business. Following the failure of another local kitchen manufacturer to honour their commitment to engage and quote for a client's kitchen (after a five week wait, I took the plans into this company. I was treated very well in the showroom, discussing their process, options and time frames, giving me confidence that we would have a positive result. We were doing extensive renovations with the client and the kitchen was an important part of it. However after following up 2 weeks later when I hadn't received the promised quote, and commitment to the job, I was given no reason why there was no action on their part. By now 7 weeks had passed since the client had approved the plans and I had no option but to get my trusted Auckland kitchen manufacturers to quote and successfully complete the work in Thames! So no reason given by two companies in Thames to ignore a 25,000 kitchen in their own town. Not impressed
