I've been in the emergency department 3 times this year and had several other appointments. I can't fault their service. Every time I've been there has been a positive experience and I certainly have no complaints.

Dont waste your time with this hospital. Been there many times for help for my family and myself and each and every time they have done absolutely nothing and terrible service. Most lazy and unprofessional nurses I've ever came across. 0/5 stars. Dont waste your time here.
Some areas are nice, others are not. Outside facade is dated and unsightly along with a lot of interior fixtures like waiting rooms. Turn a corner, however, and it's a swanky new lobby. When I went there with a broken shoulder, I sat in excruciating pain for about 1 hour in a completely empty section of the hospital with no one to be seen. It's not a bad hospital by any standard tho, its functional and clean - really all that matters
Very poor. Didn't want to help me. Told me to come back at another time. Where rather rude and hard when dealing with a open wound. Didn't ask me any questions on if I was allergic to anything or not. Couldn't care less on pain. Uneducated and couldn't give me answers on anything. Poor people skills
Horrible place never had a good experience there get more help for me and my kids at my local gp
It is a hospital. Although every time you have something over a broken bone they send you to Hamilton. It is very good I have been there once
Excellent service and treatment, again at 11pm on a Saturday night. Staff were wonderful and treated me as soon as they were able.
Excellent We went into A & E on Christmas day and the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Quick and efficent.
