I had a really lovely massage and facial today. It was really relaxing and the girls were all lovely, friendly and professional. I do have to be honest and say that the location and building is really noisy and you can hear everything - the people next door, the nail assistant cutting nails, people moving around upstairs, and people outside. I had to knock a star off because this does make it pretty hard to fully relax. I would also recommend that before the massage, it would be a great idea to ask the client a few questions: -Is there anywhere that we need to avoid for the massage? - are there any areas of tension that you would like us to focus on? - what type of pressure do you prefer? It would also be amazing to have a shoulder massage or something while waiting for the 10 Minutes for the face mask, rather than someone leaving the room for the 10 minutes :) With this said, everything was still lovely, and I left feeling nice and relaxed.

We were given a 2h couple pamper package as a gift. Booking online for couples is impossible so I called and had to leave a voice message. My call was returned the same day and an appointment was setup. There is no dedicated parking for the spa and during the week all close parking is charged for. The staff were pleasant and courteous and the atmosphere was superb. I thought the single heat pump / air con was working overtime and not adequate for the place as it was still quite warm. All in all, I would make use of this spa again.

Went there for 90 minutes treatments spa package for body scrub ,massage and facial for my birthday gift voucher. Very disappointing as they won’t do any massage on the legs and the Therapist wearing gloves all the time during the treatment. Very irritating during the facial with her gloves. She wear face mask but she keep it on her chin instead her mouth right from the start welcoming in the reception. Feeling wasting my time more than my money. Not even offering any water after treatments

I bought a voucher for my partner to get a mani-pedi done as a gift prior to our wedding. A day after getting the mani-pedi done, she returned to the store to give the store feedback on how the manicure changed in a matter of a few hours and got worse over the next 24hrs. It started to get all bumpy, swelled up and didn’t look good. Apparently the gel wasn’t dried correctly. My partner requested if the manicure could be corrected as not only was it not done well, but also because it was for an important occasion, her wedding! The staff in store treated her terribly, to the point she ended up in tears in store. They ended up trying to redo the nail after making her cry and ended up breaking one of her nails while over filing it. They claimed that the nail was too weak and hence broke. She left the store in tears. Who does this... Regardless of whether a customer comes in with a voucher or pays the full price, you treat all your customers the same. That’s customer service 101 in any business. Not only is the level of skill of certain staff members terrible, but also the nature of customer service absolutely appalling. ‘Zero’ empathy / problem solving abilities. I wouldn’t recommend going here for any sort of a relaxing treatment.

Very happy with the lash lift results. This is the best lash lift I have had. Period. She applied with care and skill and I did not have any glue in my eyes which must be hard as its happened to me everywhere else in Auckland! Would recommend 100%
