Absolutely atrocious service from these people. They 'threw out' a one off wedding photo of my parents on the grounds that it wasn't retrieved in time. Never mind I'd put a deposit on the processing I wanted done !! They told me " sorry there's nothing we can do for you. Goodbye." When I phoned back the gentleman Craig was extremely rude telling me I could pretty much "go to hell !!." I have lodged a claim against this company. DIN'T deal with them !

Rude staff. Guy behind the counter argued back because he did not know how to process a simple task of, enlarging a passport image and printing it. If I could give this company a -5 star rating it'd be that. Can't believe how rudely we were treated, hope nobody else steps foot into this store.

MUPPETS! They just destroyed an entire roll of the most magical shots I had taken last night at a concert.. No explanation, just stupidity! They might be one of the last places around that develop film, but don't waste your time, I guess it's in Royal Oak Mall for a reason. I am devastated. I will definitely be going to Kodak Express in Newmarket from now on..

Total lack of professionalism and bad customer service when I got back because my passport photo was not the one we have decided on, but a previous shot I thought they had already discarded. They tried to convince me that the photo I got was the right one even though I knew this was wrong.
