Thank you for making the cake for my girl 1st birthday. The cake was beautifully made and happy, until we took the cake and unbox, we found that 4 side of the cake had stuck to the box, part of the cake had came out with the box, we have to use a candle to cover it. We were so upset. Also the cake was way too sweet. We couldn't had a second piece. Hope you can put an extra board under the cake and make the box bigger.

We stopped by here to grab a cake before they closed. We ordered it online and just picked it up. The cake was nicely decorated and it tasted nice. The shop might be a bit hard to find since it is located behind the gas station on the main road.

I've been buying there for years but today is the first time I used their delivery service. Even though delivery was a bit later than anticipated but it got there freshly. Over the phone transaction was smooth and staff were very helpful and patient. Delivery cost was very reasonable and would describe as cheap. Thank you guys, you have demonstrated great customer service.

Today afternoon i bought a cookies and cream cake from pakuranga. And we cut the cake in evening it was totally sour. The cream on top was completely sour. So embarrassing. We through the whole cake in the bin. Seriously it was so embarrassing for me. First time and last time. Disgusting. Contact me if you want the pictures of the whole cake throwing in the bin.
