Best experience to deal with front customer service couple who extended their time for me when o got later than their closing time to pick up my order. Been there 3 times and will definitely be going back. Thanks for great service guys! Highly recommended !!

I bought a full baked cheese cake online, (chocolate) and it tasted yucky. I felt I smelled raw pork flavor on the cake. I don’t know what to do with the rest of it. Can’t serve family and friends. I don’t think I will buy their cake again. What a shame I thought I will try some of their cakes at the beginning.

My father today had a plan of getting a cake and he wanted to get something written on the cake and the lady who was at the store made such a big fuss out of it and wasn't helpful at all, my dad had to cancel his order because of her not helpful and negative attitude. This is not the kind of energy we we need on the new year's eve.

We had never come here before, but in looking for a simple cake for my wife's birthday to share with the family, I decided that surely we couldn't go wrong with a classic American Baked Cheesecake. I knew from the online pictures that it wouldn't be as tall as NY Style, but we were excited as it's been so long since we've had one like it. However, our excitement sadly petered out upon the first bite as the crust definitely seemed to be loaded with coconut flakes (from both the flavour and the feeling on your teeth) and the cake itself had almost a lemony taste to it? I didn't see these characteristics mentioned on the site so tbh we were all roundly disappointed with the flavour. I feel bad knocking this particular shop for it as I assume that they're merely following a corporate recipe, but now idk if we'll buy any in the future. For the other parts, the woman taking orders over the phone was really nice, they had heaps of bday candles to choose from, two chairs inside if you have to wait, but then the other man working seemed to let me pay before the other customer who had some items on the counter so I felt like I was getting eye daggers in my back for what wasn't my choice.

Ordered online to b picked up at a specific time. . . Unfortunately the order didn't go in n I had to wait another 15min. . However cake wasn't too bad

Unfortunately, can't give this shop more than 2 stars. I used to regularly buy their carrot cake. But it was the first and sadly last time I bought carrot cake from this particular branch. That was nothing like their original carrot cake. It has got no substance, it's fluffy ( probably overloaded with raising agents) and tastes plain, it's just not the same it used to be. Very disappointed :(
