We have FINALLY had our 3 bedroom house retro-fitted in double glazing by The Glass Company. It was an excruciating experience with delays, mistakes and the worst customer communication and service we have ever met. I could not recommend this company to anyone.

The most hopeless Company I have tried to deal with for many years. All I asked was for a small piece of glass to be cut that they had in stock. They lost the order twice and after making 4 trips over 2 weeks I finally gave up. Do yourself a favour and don't deal with them.

Initial experience was good very helpful but once the quote was given, the communication and final arranging of our splashback was extremely poor. I contacted them numerous times by phone and email but no response. Eventually got some reply and the product was made and fitted. The end result was great and I am very happy. However, I wanted a second part of the initial job done, managed to get a quote but have heard nothing since despite making email and phone contact asking them to proceed. I am assuming they are not interested which is a shame . Probably wouldnt recommend them even though I was happy with the product due to the bad (or lack of) communication which goes on for months. I have given 4 stars for the product but would give 2 stars for the customer service.
