3 weeks and waiting for a parcel from Auckland. Dunedin Depot is in helpful and slow. Nobody returns our calls. Nobody knows where our parcel is. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with PBT.

Paid 260 to get a cot freighted only to have it turn up damaged after their forklift driver put forks through it. The Driver admitted fault and assured me the office would be in touch re insurance for a replacement which never happened. My friend who dropped it at their depot for delivery was not advised prior to paying that his initial on a piece of paper was a waiver which meant freight was at owners risk. Pays to read the small print yes, but this info should have been communicated. Basically paid 260 for them to write off a brand new cot.
PBT's courier drivers are the only delivery drivers I've had that leave my front gate open (on a busy road) when I have dogs on the property!! I leave a bin just inside the front gate for parcels with a big message on it - requesting them to ensure they re-secure this gate on their way out !! Doesnt happen - and no response from PBT management to address these concerns...
Absolutely useless. Promised to pick up gearbox in Auckland last week never happened! Same thing this week never happened loads of excuses. Am using someone else now.
They took over 5 days to send a parcel from Auckland to Dunedin, only for the incompetent courier driver to drive past my place, marking my parcel as "Delivery Attempted, Card Left". I received no card, no knock on the door and to top it all of my parcel has an "Authority to leave" on it. It's completely unacceptable especially considering the driver refused to come back and deliver it today because he wasn't in the area, it's his mistake, his problem. However, to the Dunedin branch and the ladies at customer service. Thank you for being understanding and professional.

The staff are lovely but the service was disgusting 3 days service I paid for about 115 it's now been 7 days and Promises and guarantees and it still hasn't been delivered It's Time sensitive I made that very clear and still the receiver hasn't received it you ring them to complain they make false promises and guarantees they don't keep I'm actually a member of consumer New Zealand and I've contacted them that sounds like they've had a few other people ring that have had issues with this outfit I'm hoping that with my input they will do a right up in there next magazine on this company to let people know first hand how bad service is here I feel sorry for the staff working here that are actually kind decent people
