The total lack of communication concerning the relocation and name change resulted in my disabled husband being put at risk at his recent appointment. Not only were we not advised of the business name change, we were only given a street name and number to locate the new premises. There was no street signage to indicate the new location is tucked down a longish uneven driveway. When we finally negoitated the walk, we discovered there was only 1 carpark available. For a centre that must cater for many clients with mobility issues this is simply ridiculous. We were extremely disappointed in the total lack of care and thought from the people responsible for the situation. The staff on the front line did their best.
