After having the sofa a couple of weeks the seating fabric puckered and covers looked too big, cushions at the back of sofa dont meet leaving a space in the middle. emails bounce back, no luck with the man in the shop, very unhappy with the sloppy job on an expensive suite, will continue to chase a refund and they can come and take it back. #2 update. I would like to update my last post above. Since that was posted Raj from Porirua store came and collected all the seat cushions and seat backs and sent them to Auckland by overnight courier. He then returned them on a Sunday night after hours, they had been replaced & proper fitting covers had been put on. We had been unable to get our sofa upstairs to our lounge, he removed the arms, bought it upstairs then reassembled it, so a great outcome & we are now happy customers. I thought they deserved this update after sorting the problems out.
