Went in there looking for a particular item and spoke to a gentleman in their inquiring where abouts this item was and he said we don't have it and we said here it is on your website and knew nothing about it. But we found it in the end, great product and range of tools you are able to buy.

I bought a grinder from toolshed takanini it was still under warranty and it stopped working last week when I took it to takanini branch I was told that you can't get a replacement and this can be taken to get it fixed I urgently needed the grinder at that yi.e but nothing was done Never trust toolshed in buying power tools as they can only sell but do not look after customers
Only downside is the slow service I think it's the computer anyway allow ten minutes for processing. Great service otherwise
