Best burgers i have had in a long time! Fresh, tasty, so many options and some delicious sides! Vegetarian options were incredible!

This burger was righteous, and the patty was char-grilled and pure, no filler or strange/sweet ingredients. Bun was toasted on the inside, and all fixings (bacon, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, raw onion, mayonnaise, and two onion rings) we're top notch. They made a delicious whole. The fried cauliflower was not a revelation, but a nice healthier side. Kid's chicken tenders and chips we're awesome (said my kid). This quiet local place is right on!
The Wagon was always the secret gem of the fast casual dining scene in Whakatane with excellent value, customer service and taste. However since changing ownership it's never really achieved the same once great peaks, that's not to say it's not great and worth a visit, but it's just not the same. I have to recognize the meat free options are now significantly better than they once we're and the staff remain brilliant. I really hope they bring back the option to order online. But overall it remains the best burger place in Whakatane hands down.

This place is amazing and great value! Most of the menu could be made Gluten and Dairy free and the Gluten Free bun was delicious! Our burgers were massive and full of flavour - we definitely didn't need the chips but they were also yum! I would drive an hour from Tauranga just for these burgers! So impressed by the value, quality and inclusiveness for dietary requirements!
