First of all, I liked the range of products they have for us provided. And the prices were shockingly low. I would recommend this store to anyone I have met. I would suggest to check the quality of the shoes, because I bought some shoes recently and I have only worn it twice for a light jog, and the leather is already starting to peel off, please check the quality, thanks.

Plenty of space, small garden section but good range of homewares.
Amazing service and friendly staff especially Marie who went out of her way to find shorts for our daughters. She scoured the store from top to bottom and located us before we left the check out. Thank you.
I was looking for a toy for my child was unable to find it. A warehouse assistant named George helped me in the best possible manner. He was patient and found the toy. Great customer service. Thanks George (tall guy) who works at Glenfield.

We did click and collect through L3 at TWG glenfield not only was it done same day as ordering but it was ready within 2 hours. Super fast service. The staff are pretty good too. Just the right amount of helpful but not so much that it feels forced, its just friendly and positive. Always a good amount of stock on hand but if they dont have something, they are more than happy to help you find another store that does.
I prefer Glenfield mall over Albany as its not as crowded but still has a good selection of shops for all the things I need. It had a nice Christmas spirit last week with the decorations and it was good that most shops had the covid posters up for scanning. All in all im not a big Mall fan but its pleasant there and well maintained, clean and a reasonable layout
Absolutely love the service. Especially one of the guy name Ryan, he’s an Indian,he lelp me to find the right product that I was looking and he’s so friendly and great customer service.
