New branch opened here at Lunn Ave. It's clean and tidy with different departments such as gardena and stationery - just like a Warehouse Extra offers more good and services. The stock here is better than some other branches. Will visit again!

I wish I could give a negative star for the extremely poor customer service experience that I have had at the store. The staff is inexperienced and could do with a comprehensive training in Customer Relationship Management. This is a new store and majority of the staff lack experience in how to manage complaints and complaint resolution. They seem to have learned a few statements that they parrot like a broken record. This review has got nothing to do with my complaint which is entirely a separate issue and I am trying to resolve that through other channels but my review is about the utter lack of skill, extremely poor communication and real juvenile approach to customer management and response.

Travelled to this branch because they were one of few with what I needed ... Wow .. nice branch, the staff were absolutely brilliant, really helpful.. they were positive and really helpful they were all helping customers, finding stok answering questions (not just me either) ... well impressed

Purchased two KING SINGLE fitted sheets via click and collect. Went and collected my order, came home and opened to find two FLAT sheets in a KING size!?? Such a inconvenience to have to go back tomorrow and exchange. Please advise your staff to pay more attention when packing orders.

Hopeless staff. I asked where I can find a simple sink plug, they looked in the computer and advised it's in the HARDWARE SECTION. Well I don't work here so how do I even know where that is. Then once I was in the "DIY / auto" section, it's no where to be found. Asked another staff and he said he didn't know or has even seen it before. Walk away

Pretty good warehouse, nice and brand new and clean and isn't super busy or chaotic yet. Also they have a surprisingly good range of fishing stuff. It's not huge but has everything I was looking for
