Staff are very rude and not understanding of what the warehouse GROUP means, policies are very misguided when it comes to returning items at the warehouse, stating you can return or exchange items if they are in un-used condition (which they were) but not exchanging because they are over a time limit of 60 days? Although I provided my receipt that they were clearly brought from the warehouse. The goods I purchased from the warehouse were falsely advertised as incorrect sizing, I should be able to exchange them at ANY warehouse Under the consumers guarantee act. In New Zealand as a customer that brought goods from the warehouse group that were falsely advertised from them as a 'different size' with the tagging still on them as proof they're wrong and also unused aka 'don't do what I expected them to do' (which they don't, as they do not fit because they were advertised in the wrong size when I purchased them), I should be entitled to a refund or exchange at ANY warehouse in New Zealand despite a '60 day' rule which the Warehouse in Pakuranga declined to do. 'Mia' the staff member declined for me to even swap them over for the right size in the same product. I did not want a refund just the correct size that the warehouse group incorrectly sold me to be corrected. The warehouse pakuranga staff may be following guidelines of their '60 day rule' which is fine, yet they need to understand they are breaking the New Zealand Law under the CGA as a retail provider. Am very unhappy and disappointed with how I was treated today at the warehouse pakuranga by their staff being rude and not understanding at all of the situation.

Very helpful staff member at the customer service desk along with the managers. We brought a washing machine that did not go.. The staff at Pakuranga went out of their way to try and resolve issues we were having with warranty company.

The Service at Warehouse Pakuranga is out standing thank you so much for going out of your way to source a sun unbrella stand for me & i had 2 follow up calls to check all was ok and i got one . Thank you Pak Warehouse ill be back as Arnold would say

The variety is not there compared to what they used to have 10 yrs ago. Staff is not rude but not friendly either.
