There’s a girl working in customer service, her name was suki if i’m not wrong, she assisted me pretty well and was helpful thoughtout. Managed my complaint accurately along with her manager. She was open to listen to my feedback even though it was harsh. very positive

Well Google, your opening hours don't match the reality! We were a few customers standing blank before the shut doors just after 11pm. Opening hours are from 8am to 8pm but not to midnight! Warehouse, you've lost a few customers as everyone made their way to Kmart, which was still open.

Extremely bad Customer Service by Pooja, rudest person I have ever met in my life. No proper knowledge of the things, loads of attitude as if she is doing a favour standing there. The way she calls is, You come here. I would not like to go to Warehouse if she is there. Warehouse today you lost a regular customer.

The guy hanging around in the electronics section with slight curly hair and tattoos on oct 9, 2020 around 9 pm was rude. He was chatting away and when I asked him a question he was full of attitude. If he did not like late shift, he should not be there. I almost wanted to fight him, but I was on vacation with my family.

Seems like a lot of different things are sold here. It feels like a better quality Wal-Mart from North America!

There's a guy with glasses who works here. I asked him to cut the tag off my sweatshirt after I bought it. Instead of cutting it, he tore it off leaving a rip in the sweatshirt label. Not sure what made him think this was acceptable.

Great store but they had a wee issue with telling customers the brand new toilets were broken. Turned out they weren't. Just didnt want people using them
